These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Growvib platform and services available at growvib.com. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
- •"Platform" refers to the Growvib website, dashboard, tools, and any related services.
- •"Services" refers to the digital marketing promotion services offered through our platform, including but not limited to member promotion campaigns, view campaigns, reaction campaigns, and engagement services.
- •"User", "you", or "your" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
- •"Order" refers to a request placed through the Platform for any of our Services.
- •"We", "us", or "our" refers to Growvib.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using our services, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms. We reserve the right to request verification of age or identity.
3. Description of Services
Growvib is a digital marketing services platform that provides social media promotion tools and services. We primarily offer promotion services for Telegram channels, including member campaigns, view campaigns, reaction campaigns, and engagement services.
Important: Our services are promotion and marketing tools. Results may vary depending on factors including content quality, niche, audience targeting, platform algorithm changes, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, follower retention rates, or engagement levels. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
4. Your Account
- •You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.
- •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- •You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
5. Orders & Delivery
- •Orders are placed through the Platform dashboard. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to promote the specified channel or content.
- •We aim to begin processing orders promptly after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
- •You are responsible for providing correct links and details. Orders placed with incorrect information may not be eligible for refund.
- •Some services may be partially fulfilled through third-party providers. We remain responsible for the quality and delivery of all orders.
- •You agree not to use our services for channels or content that violates applicable laws or the terms of service of the target platform.
6. Pricing & Payment
- •All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
- •We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
- •Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
- •Account balance, once added, may be used for future orders. Balance refund policies are outlined in our Refund Policy section.
7. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:
- •Orders not yet started: eligible for a full refund upon request.
- •Partially delivered orders: eligible for a proportional refund for the undelivered portion.
- •Completed orders: not eligible for refund, as the service has been fully delivered.
- •Quality issues: if the delivered service does not match the description, contact support within 7 days for review.
- •Auto-refill services: qualifying orders include automatic refill if numbers decrease within the specified refill period.
- •Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
Consumers: digital services may be exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right once performance has begun with your prior consent. By placing an order and consenting to immediate service delivery, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Platform or Services to:
- •Promote illegal content, activities, or services.
- •Promote content that is hateful, violent, harassing, or threatening.
- •Engage in fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment methods.
- •Impersonate any person or entity.
- •Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or exploit the Platform's systems or infrastructure.
- •Resell services without authorization under an Agency or reseller agreement.
- •Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform (e.g., Telegram, Instagram).
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, order cancellation without refund, and potential legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by Growvib or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Platform content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
- •Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our services.
- •To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Growvib's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- •We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g., Telegram) that may affect your account or the results of our services.
- •We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including platform outages, API changes, or regulatory actions.
Note for consumers: This limitation does not affect your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Growvib is an independent digital marketing services platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, or any other third-party platform. Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk with respect to third-party platform terms of service. Changes to third-party platform policies may affect service availability or delivery.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the revised Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using our services and close your account.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable regulations, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. You may also use applicable online dispute resolution platforms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
