Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• •"Platform" refers to the GrowVib website, dashboard, tools, and any related services.
• •"Services" refers to the digital marketing promotion services offered through our platform, including but not limited to member promotion campaigns, view campaigns, reaction campaigns, and engagement services. Tier names, badges, page titles, and FAQ answers describe how a service is configured; none of them is a warranty or service-level commitment unless these Terms say so expressly.
• •"User", "you", or "your" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
• •"Order" refers to a request placed through the Platform for any of our Services.
• •"We", "us", or "our" refers to GrowVib.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using our services, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms. We reserve the right to request verification of age or identity.

3. Description of Services

GrowVib is a digital marketing services platform that provides social media promotion tools and services. We offer promotion services for Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, including member and follower campaigns, view campaigns, reaction and like campaigns, and engagement services.

4. Your Account

• •You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.
• •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• •You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Orders & Delivery

• •Orders are placed through the Platform dashboard. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to promote the specified channel or content.
• •We aim to begin processing orders promptly after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
• •You are responsible for providing correct links and details. Orders placed with incorrect information may not be eligible for refund.
• •Some services may be partially fulfilled through third parties. GrowVib remains your contracting party for every order and handles refunds under section 7.
• •You agree not to use our services for channels or content that violates applicable laws or the terms of service of the target platform. Platforms may remove purchased engagement or act on accounts under their own rules; section 11 describes our liability for such actions.

6. Pricing, Payment & Account Balance

• •All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
• •We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
• •Payments are processed by third-party payment providers: PayRam (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and stablecoins), Heleket (cryptocurrency), and Telegram (Telegram Stars). We never receive or store full payment card details. Fees charged by your own wallet, exchange, or the blockchain network are your responsibility.
• •Funds you add to your account are prepaid credit that can be used only to pay for Services on the Platform. Account balance is not a bank deposit or electronic money, earns no interest, and cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash. Section 8 explains why balance cannot be withdrawn.
• •Cryptocurrency payments are final and cannot be reversed once sent. You are responsible for sending the correct coin, on the correct network, to the address shown on the payment page. If less than the invoiced amount arrives, your balance is credited with the amount actually received. Funds sent to an expired invoice, on the wrong network, or in an unsupported coin may not be recoverable; contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to trace them, without guarantee.
• •If a payment is reversed (including a card chargeback), disputed, or found to be unauthorized or fraudulent after it was credited, we may deduct the amount from your balance, cancel related orders, and suspend the account until the matter is resolved.
• •If you delete your account, any remaining balance is permanently forfeited. Spend your balance before deleting your account.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds for orders are credited to your GrowVib account balance, never back to the original payment method or to a cryptocurrency wallet. Eligibility is as follows:

• •Orders not yet started: eligible for a full refund to your balance. Orders that cannot be started at all are refunded automatically.
• •Partially delivered orders: eligible for a proportional refund to your balance for the undelivered portion.
• •Completed orders: not eligible for refund, as the service has been fully delivered.
• •Quality issues: if the delivered service does not match its description, contact support within 7 days for review.
• •Approved refunds are credited to your balance, usually immediately. The total refunded on an order never exceeds the amount paid for it.
• •Deposits: funds added to your balance are not refundable and are not returned to the original payment method; cryptocurrency payments in particular cannot be reversed. This does not limit any right that mandatory law, or the rules of the payment channel you used, gives you.

8. Withdrawals, Verification & Anti-Money-Laundering

GrowVib sells promotion services. It is not a bank, exchange, wallet, or money-transfer service, and the Platform must not be used to move money. To prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud:

• •Account balance cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or sent to a cryptocurrency wallet, bank account, or another user. Only deposit what you intend to spend on Services.
• •In exceptional cases we may, at our sole discretion, review a request to return unused deposited funds. Every such request requires full identity verification (KYC) of the account holder, which may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of the source of funds, and goes through a legal and compliance review that can take time. Submitting a request does not mean it will be approved.
• •An approved return is sent only to a payment method or wallet verified as belonging to the account holder, and never exceeds the unspent amount of the original deposits. Network, processing, and conversion fees are deducted. Bonuses, promotional credit, vouchers, and rewards are never returned.
• •We may ask for identity or source-of-funds verification at any time, for example for large or unusual deposits or for affiliate payouts, and may restrict the account until verification is complete.
• •We may refuse or delay a return, freeze a balance, or suspend an account if verification is incomplete, the origin of the funds cannot be established, the activity appears suspicious, or the law requires it. Where the law requires, we report activity to the competent authorities, and the law may prevent us from telling you that we have done so.
• •Affiliate commissions are earnings under the affiliate program, not deposits, and are paid out under that program's rules, subject to the same verification.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Platform or Services to:

• •Promote illegal content, activities, or services.
• •Promote illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
• •Promote weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
• •Promote adult or sexually explicit content.
• •Promote content that is hateful, violent, harassing, or threatening.
• •Engage in fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment methods.
• •Impersonate any person or entity.
• •Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or exploit the Platform's systems or infrastructure.
• •Resell services without authorization under an Agency or reseller agreement.
• •Use our services in a manner that violates applicable law. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you use with our services.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, order cancellation without refund, and potential legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by GrowVib or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Platform content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

• •Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our services.
• •To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrowVib's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• •We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g., Telegram) that may affect your account or the results of our services.
• •We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including platform outages, API changes, or regulatory actions.

12. Third-Party Platforms

GrowVib is an independent digital marketing services platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, or any other third-party platform. Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk with respect to third-party platform terms of service. Changes to third-party platform policies may affect service availability or delivery.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the revised Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using our services and close your account.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable regulations, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. You may also use applicable online dispute resolution platforms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
