How this calculator works
YouTube revenue has two separate streams this calculator estimates independently: AdSense (ad revenue paid per 1,000 monetized views, or RPM) and sponsorships (a flat fee brands pay per video integration). RPM varies widely by niche: finance and tech channels often see several times the RPM of general entertainment.
The AdSense range multiplies your average views by uploads per month and a niche-adjusted RPM range. The sponsorship range scales with your subscriber count and niche, since sponsors price integrations mostly on audience size and fit rather than per-view economics.
Both ranges are estimates. Actual AdSense revenue depends on watch time, ad inventory fill rate, viewer geography, and seasonality (rates typically dip in January and rise toward Q4); actual sponsorship rates depend on exclusivity, usage rights, and whether the integration is a dedicated video or a mid-roll mention.
