What happens if my live stream ends before the order finishes?
Short answer
Delivery stops when the stream ends. Live viewers and live comments can only reach a stream that is running, so the part that has not arrived when you end it cannot be delivered and is refunded to your balance. Keep the stream running until the order shows Completed.
Before you order for a live stream
- Go live firstOrder once the stream is running, and paste the live stream's own link.
- Leave room for deliveryThe service shows its usual start time. Plan the stream to run well past it.
- Keep it runningDo not end the stream until the order shows Completed.
Stories work the same way
A story expires 24 hours after you post it, and delivery stops with it. Order soon after you publish the story.
Questions
Can the rest of the order move to my next stream?
No. An order belongs to one link. The undelivered part is refunded to your balance, and you can order again for the next stream.
