Why are reactions not showing on my Telegram channel post?
Short answer
A Telegram channel only shows the reactions its admins allow. Open the channel's info, tap Edit, then Reactions, and make sure reactions are on and the emoji you are ordering is allowed. Custom emoji reactions also depend on the channel's boost level: each level adds one.

Turn reactions on
- Open the channel and tap its name to open the channel info.
- Tap Edit, then Reactions.
- Turn reactions on, and allow the emoji your order uses.
Only admins can change this. If reactions are off, nothing an order sends can show.
Custom emoji reactions need boosts
Standard emoji reactions work on any channel. A channel can add one custom emoji reaction for each boost level it reaches. To see the level, open the channel's profile, then Channel Settings, then Statistics and Boosts, then Boosts.
Use the post's own link
A reactions order goes on one post, so it needs that post's link, like t.me/yourchannel/1841. A link to the channel alone is not enough. For a private channel, see which link a private channel needs.
Before you confirm
Check every detail before you confirm. An order placed with the wrong information is still delivered against what you entered and is marked completed, and it cannot be refunded.
Questions
Do I need Telegram Premium for reactions?
No. Standard emoji reactions work on any channel. Only custom emoji reactions depend on the channel's boost level.
How do I copy a post's link?
In a public channel, press and hold the post, then tap Copy Link. The link ends with the post's number.
Can I order more than one emoji on the same post at once?
Not with the same service: one order per service and link runs at a time. See why one order per link.
