Why can't I order the same thing for one link twice at once?
Short answer
Only one order per service and link runs at a time. Two deliveries on the same link mix their counts, and then neither can be tracked or checked. Wait until the first order finishes, or cancel it while it is still Pending, then order again.

Other promotions count too
Running another promotion on the same link at the same time can also mix the counts. Let one finish before you start the next.
Need more than one order holds?
Order the full quantity in one go, up to the maximum the option shows, or wait for the first order to complete and place the next.
