What do partial, canceled and refunded mean on my order?

Short answer

Partial means part of the quantity arrived and the undelivered part was refunded to your balance. Canceled means the order stopped before anything was delivered, and the amount you paid is back in your balance. Refunded means the price was returned to your balance.

Every status, in order

  • PendingPaid and waiting to be sent for delivery. You can still cancel it for a full refund.
  • ProcessingDelivery is running. The order page shows progress as it lands.
  • CompletedThe full quantity was delivered.
  • Partially completed or partially refundedPart of the quantity was delivered. The undelivered part has been refunded to your balance.
  • CanceledThe order was stopped before anything was delivered. The amount you paid is back in your balance.
  • FailedThe order could not be delivered. The amount you paid is back in your balance.
  • RefundedThe order was refunded. The amount you paid is back in your balance.

When you can cancel

A new order waits a few minutes before it is sent for delivery, so a mistake caught right away can still be canceled. While an order is Pending you can cancel it from its order page for a full refund. Once delivery has started, message us from the order instead.

Where refunds go

Every refund goes back to your GrowVib balance, ready for your next order. The order page keeps a timeline of each step, including the refund.

Before you confirm

Check every detail before you confirm. An order placed with the wrong information is still delivered against what you entered and is marked completed, and it cannot be refunded.

Questions

Why was only part of my order delivered?

The most common reasons are a setting on the post that hides or blocks delivery, a link that changed or went private, or content that ended, such as a live stream. The guides cover each one.

Can I change the link on an order?

Not once it is placed. Cancel it while it is Pending and order again with the right link.
